We start by getting to know your home — and your vision. During our first meeting, we’ll walk through the space with you, talk through what’s working (and what’s not), and gather inspiration to shape your renovation goals.
Design & concept development
Our in-house design team will work with you to create a layout and design that balances beauty, practicality, and budget. You’ll receive detailed plans, moodboards, and material selections to help visualise the transformation.
Quotation & planning
Once your design is finalised, we’ll prepare a comprehensive quote and proposed timeline. We pride ourselves on transparency — you’ll know exactly what’s included and when each stage will happen.
Construction & management
We manage everything — from demolition to framing, finishes, and final clean.
Quality & progress updates
Our licensed builders and trades operate under strict quality and safety standards, and we’ll keep you updated with regular site progress.
Final handover
Once your renovation is complete, we conduct a full walk-through with you to make sure everything meets our high standards — and yours. We’ll also provide maintenance advice and be available for any follow-up support you need.

How long does a full home renovation take?
Timelines vary depending on the scope, but most whole-home renovations take between 8–16 weeks. We’ll provide a clear timeline during the planning phase.
Can I live in my home during the renovation?
It depends on the scale of the work. In some cases, clients can remain in part of the house — in others, it’s more practical to vacate temporarily. We’ll help you plan accordingly.
Do you handle structural work?
Yes — we’re licensed builders and can handle structural changes, including wall removals and layout reconfigurations.
What kind of homes do you renovate?
We work on all types of homes including modern, traditional, coastal, and apartment-style dwellings.
Do you provide design services?
Yes — our in-house designers will work with you to create a tailored plan that aligns with your vision and lifestyle.
Can we choose our own materials and fixtures?
Yes — and all of our cabinetry is custom-made in our own Biggera Waters factory to suit your home’s layout, dimensions, and style, which means a quick and strategic turnaround.
How do you handle budgeting and variations?
We provide a detailed quote upfront, and any changes are discussed and approved before going ahead.
Will you manage all trades and approvals?
Yes — our project manager will manage all subcontractors and coordinate approvals where needed, so you don’t have to.
Is your work covered by warranty?
Yes — all workmanship and materials are covered by relevant warranties, and we comply with all QLD building codes.
Can we stage the renovation over time?
Yes — we can break the project into phases if you prefer to renovate gradually. We’ll help you plan a path that suits your timeline and budget.
