Layout options are part of the design conversation. Moving a toilet, shower or vanity needs to be assessed against the existing plumbing, structure and available space. The feasibility and scope should be established before committing to a layout.
An ensuite needs its own quotation. Room size alone does not determine the investment: layout changes, cabinetry, finishes, fixtures and the condition of the existing space all matter. Hasl prepares a detailed quote around the agreed design and scope.
