Design — where visions come alive.
Your renovation journey begins with a personalised onsite consultation, where our expert interior designer visits your home to fully understand your vision. Together, we’ll walk through your space, discussing your preferences, identifying the areas you want to enhance, and exploring the ideal colour schemes, textures, and finishes that best represent your aesthetic.
Our skilled designer captures detailed measurements during this initial meeting, laying the groundwork for a thoughtfully tailored design. Backed by years of experience, our designer artfully blends your ideas and lifestyle requirements into a cohesive and elegant concept. We invite you to share any inspiration you have—photos, magazine clippings, or digital mood boards—so we can perfectly align our design with your dreams.
Once our initial design is ready, you’ll be invited to our showroom and studio in Labrador, where we present detailed 3D renders and immersive design visuals. This collaborative session allows you to see your new interiors come to life on our studio’s big screen, refine elements, and ensure everything aligns perfectly with your vision and budget.
Quoting — transparent and comprehensive.
In the quoting phase, we meticulously break down every aspect of your design to ensure transparency and accuracy. We provide clear, detailed pricing that covers all aspects of your renovation, from cabinetry to fixtures, flooring, and every specialist involved.
Understanding budgets can vary, we offer flexible options to adjust materials and finishes accordingly. Our aim is always to achieve your ideal outcome without compromising on the overall aesthetic or functionality. We openly discuss these options, guiding you towards selections that deliver maximum value and satisfaction.
Our quotes encompass everything required for a seamless project, including QBCC insurance, ensuring your renovation is backed by our fully licensed team and the highest industry standards. Should unexpected issues arise during construction—such as structural concerns—we communicate proactively and transparently, ensuring you are always informed and comfortable before proceeding.
Manufacturing — in-house craftsmanship.
Upon confirmation of your project, our dedicated cabinet designers and craftsmen at our Biggera Waters factory begin bringing your vision to life. With decades of combined experience, our expert team uses advanced CAD technology to create precise designs which are then meticulously realised using our CNC machinery, guaranteeing precision and excellence.
However, not every aspect of your joinery is machine-made. Intricate detailing and bespoke pieces are handcrafted by our skilled artisans, reflecting our commitment to superior quality and individualised service. We source only the highest quality materials and hardware, ensuring your cabinetry withstands the test of time and adds lasting value to your home.
Our local finishing specialists meticulously handle processes like 2Pac painting and Thermolaminated door manufacturing, ensuring each piece meets our rigorous standards. While these processes extend manufacturing timelines slightly, your installation schedule remains unaffected, seamlessly coordinated to deliver your renovation punctually.
Installation — seamless and stress-free.
With manufacturing complete, our dedicated project management and installation team ensures a seamless transformation. Led by our experienced onsite supervisor, your renovation is executed with meticulous planning, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily life.
Our professional tradespeople approach every project with care, respect, and precision. Many clients opt to enjoy a holiday during this phase, returning to an exquisitely transformed home without experiencing the interim disruptions. Every renovation includes comprehensive rubbish removal—disposing responsibly of existing cabinetry, appliances, and construction waste—leaving your space pristine.
We pride ourselves on meeting and exceeding deadlines; however, should unforeseen circumstances arise, we maintain open lines of communication, ensuring you’re informed at every step.
Once the final touches are complete and your space is picture-perfect, we return with our professional photographer to capture your beautiful new interiors, celebrating your home’s stunning transformation.
